I bought this Dell because it had a feature that the other screens in this range do not possess ; The displayport output allowing direct connection of a second screen Samsung (The "chain"). Here's my problem, is that when I plug in my displayport cable to HDMI on the Dell, nothing is displayed on the second screen Samsung. I connected it to my Mac Mini and it is simply the best according to me. It does not have the very high resolution of the IMAC but it is the best compromise for me. The images are very beautiful, the screen despite it not support the 50 Hz and it does not sound... A stunning display of excellent quality, smooth action with a very good colour rendering. Like others, I had to lower the brightness, too strong for me. Has recommend without hesitationI bought this screen to connect it to a macbook air 13". It corresponds perfectly to my expectations, the screen logs in no time with a cable thunderbold (supplied with the screen!). No configuration or driver additional requis. De plus the matte screen offers a beautiful image, perfect for office applications and the photo (I haven't tried any of the games).
